1. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Shiva Tour & Travel, you agree to our terms and conditions. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
2. Driver Requirements
The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license. The vehicle should be
driven by the renter or an authorized driver as mentioned in the rental agreement.3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods. Taxes and insurance charges are additional unless specified.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the booking. Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
5. Vehicle Condition
The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition. Damage caused by negligence will be charged to the renter. Regular wear and tear is covered by insurance.
6. Insurance
Comprehensive insurance is included with all bookings. Third-party liability coverage is mandatory as per Indian law. Deductibles apply in case of claims.
7. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank. Return the vehicle with a full tank, or you will be charged for fuel at market rates.
8. Liability
Shiva Tour & Travel is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. The company will not be liable for any accidents, delays, or inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control.
